We strictly follow the details confirmed by customers and control every step of the production process to ensure product quality and on-time delivery. We ensure that our bulk materials have been inspected by the material plant itself and our manufacturing facility, as well as by our QC team, and meet testing requirements (if any). Our QC team strictly follow standard working procedures to complete all checkpoints to ensure product quality.

Before production, we hold a pre-production meeting with our factory and our QC team to ensure that all production processes are properly following the confirmed pp samples and your production technical package documentation.

During production, our QC team conducts online inspections at our factory to control the quality of semi-finished and finished products according to the quality standards we have agreed with you.

Besides the QC team, our sales team is also mandatory to check the first batch of finished products sent by the OC team and feedback their comments to the QC team.
